What is Yerinde?▼
Yerinde is a mobile app that allows you to make discounted reservations at select restaurants in the city, exclusively for dine-in, on specific days and times. It aims to make dining out both planned and more accessible by choosing the right time and place.
Who can use Yerinde?▼
Yerinde is designed for all users aged 18 and over, in compliance with applicable laws.
Which cities and regions does Yerinde serve?▼
Initially, we serve in selected cities and districts. We will list the active regions in the app and on our website. We will also announce new region openings to our users.
How is Yerinde different from classic food ordering apps?▼
Classic apps are generally focused on delivery and couriers. Yerinde, on the other hand, emphasizes sitting at the venue, the atmosphere and the experience instead of takeout. It offers you alternatives to sit at the venue at discounted rates during certain time slots.
Does the app have operating hours?▼
Yerinde is technically open 24/7. However, the offers you see vary according to our partners' operating hours and the discount periods they define. At night or early morning, you may not see offers if businesses in your area are closed.
B. Account, Registration and Security
Is it mandatory to create an account on Yerinde?▼
You can generally view offers in guest mode; however, to select an offer, add to favorites, see your Pocket Savings amount, and access your past transactions, you need to create a free Yerinde account.
How can I create an account?▼
After downloading the app, you can register with your phone number. During registration, you will be asked for basic contact information and GDPR consent.
Why is phone verification required?▼
Phone verification is required both for your account security and for offer confirmations to be sent to the right person. It also allows us to fairly track no-show situations.
Can I log into my account from different devices?▼
Yes. You can log in from different devices with your phone number. For security reasons, an additional verification code may be requested in some cases.
I forgot my password, what should I do?▼
You can request a reset code via your phone number by clicking the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen.
C. Using the App and Search
How can I see venues near me?▼
If you grant location permission, Yerinde shows you the nearest venues where you can make discounted reservations. You can switch between map and list view to customize your usage according to your preference.
Am I required to give location permission?▼
It's not mandatory; however, if you don't give location access, we cannot automatically list the restaurants closest to you. You can do a manual search by selecting city and district if you prefer.
Can I add favorite venues?▼
Yes. You can save and follow the businesses you like, making it easier to track new offers from the same venue.
D. Reservations and Discounts
How much discount can I get with Yerinde?▼
Discount rates vary by restaurant, day, and time. You can see up to 50% discounts at certain times at some restaurants; some may have lower rates. You clearly see the applicable rate for each restaurant and time before confirming your reservation.
Does the discount apply to the entire bill, or only to specific items?▼
The discount scope varies according to the rules set by the restaurant. Generally, the discount applies to food/main courses. Beverages (especially alcohol) are often excluded. Some special menus, fixed menus, and premium items may be outside the campaign. Which items are included in the discount is clearly stated on the restaurant page and reservation screen.
Is there a quota for reservations?▼
Yes. Each business decides how many tables it wants to fill through Yerinde during certain time slots. When the quota is full, new reservations for that time are not shown or marked as 'full'.
Are discounts dynamic, do they change during the day?▼
Some businesses may define different discount rates for different times during the day. For example, 50% for 3:00 PM, 40% for 4:00 PM. You clearly see these times and rates in the app.
What is the validity period of the offer?▼
Offers are generally valid for the date and time range you select. For example, if you selected an offer between 3:00–4:00 PM, you are expected to be at the venue during these hours. Details are in each offer's description.
What happens if I'm late?▼
Each restaurant's late tolerance may vary (e.g., 15 minutes, 30 minutes). General principle: If you sit at the table at the reservation time or within the specified tolerance period, the discount is valid. If you're very late, your reservation may be cancelled, your discount may be revoked, or regular prices may apply.
What happens if there's a no-show?▼
No-show means reservations you didn't cancel and didn't show up for. If you have many no-shows, you may face account restrictions, reservation bans at some restaurants, or temporary account limitations. This is necessary both to protect restaurants' rights and for the healthy functioning of the system for other users.
How many people at my table does the discount apply to?▼
The discount applies to as many people as you selected during reservation. For example, if you made a reservation for 4 people, the discount applies as planned when 4 people arrive. If more people come, additional seating may be provided, the discount scope may change, or additional people may not be accepted due to full capacity, at the restaurant's discretion. Therefore, it's important to enter the number of people as realistically and accurately as possible.
Can I combine with other campaigns/coupons/bank discounts?▼
Generally no. Yerinde discounts, in most cases, cannot be combined with other campaigns, bank campaigns, coupons, or promotions. If the restaurant has special permission or a campaign setup, this exception is clearly stated.
F. Payment, Invoice and Cancellation
When and how do I make the payment?▼
You make all payments directly to the business at the end of your visit. No prepayment is taken through Yerinde; the discount is only applied to your bill when you go.
How does the cancellation and refund process work?▼
Since Yerinde does not directly sell a product or service, there is no refund process in the classical sense. However, if you're not going to use an offer, you're expected to cancel it in advance if possible.
G. Issues, Support and Feedback
I had a problem, who should I contact?▼
First, you can try to solve the problem at the venue with the business representative. If it cannot be resolved or you think there's a system error, you can contact the Yerinde support team through in-app support, email, or other channels.
The discount was not applied, what should I do?▼
First, we recommend reminding the business of the situation before paying the bill. If there's still a problem, you can apply to our support team with a photo of the receipt and visit details; we will review the situation and get back to you.
How can I submit my suggestions or complaints?▼
You can share your thoughts with us through the feedback form in the app, our email address, or our social media accounts. We take user feedback very seriously to improve the product.
H. Pocket Savings and Statistics
How is the Pocket Savings amount calculated?▼
Pocket Savings is calculated by adding the difference between the business's regular price and the discounted amount you paid in the offers you used through Yerinde. Only transactions that have actually occurred and are verified in our system are included in the calculation.
What is the Pocket Savings information for?▼
It allows you to see concretely how much you saved in your dining out budget at the end of the month or year thanks to Yerinde. This way, you can track the economic contribution the app provides you.
I. Privacy, Data and Communication Permissions
Where and how long is my data stored?▼
Your data is stored on secure servers in accordance with GDPR and relevant regulations. As long as your account is active, the minimum data required for service provision is kept. Records that must be kept due to legal requirements (such as logs) may be kept for the periods specified in the legislation.
How can I manage advertising and campaign notifications?▼
You can give or withdraw consent for campaign, news, and recommendation notifications from the app settings and your email preferences at any time.
How is my location data used?▼
Your location data is used to show you the nearest and most suitable offers. If you don't want to share your location, you can do a manual search by selecting city and district; however, the experience quality may decrease.
